Actually, the pipe extends back a little so if you activate the moving section of the wall then you can jump to the back of the pipe

That’s called True Dimensional Shift, it’s a trick jump and is very easy and most common with beginner trick jumpers

It is possible to just do it with wall jumping, but this looks much faster and more reproducable.
