Sorry but your app is the worse one out there, I had no end of issues. its terrible! I got rid of my wiser system and bought a tado which I've had zero problems with. Drayton sell junk smart heating systems, maybe invest more money into a better ui experience in the app. The app let's the smart system down and also the cheaply made thermostat
