A. Simon's Cat is made using Adobe Flash / TV Paint animation software.

A. Even though the films are made on computer software, they are still hand-animated in a traditional manner, frame to frame. It usually takes between 12 and 25 drawings to create 1 second of a Simon's Cat film.

Just about every time the Cat meowed for several seconds straight, my own cat (currently sitting on my lap) responded, and she is now staring at me.

i love how the owner does hardly ever react angry, he has just accepted this is how it is most of the time, the cat is annoying and he plays with it a second later and just rolls with the punches. lol. like: this is my life now.
sometimes, in a spare moment when my cat is asleep, i wonder why we do live with those weird, furry critters and tolerate their chaos. the first scene alone with the all over scratched bed, it's so true.

As an owner of 5 kitties, I can confidently say this is an accurate description of how the wreak havoc on a daily basis. I'm still convinced they plot together on a nightly basis on how to get more food out of me the next day, or who's turn it is to screech the loudest or make the most mess!
Still wouldn't live without the rascals, even if I have to conjure the horror of bum licking just as I'm about to take a mouthful of food (thanks kitties, great timing!)

My boy wakes me at 4am every morning to eat then he wants to be let outside. Then at 6am he wants back inside. Sometimes he brings me a dead bunny and sometimes he’s full of ticks. I also can’t keep my cat off my kitchen counter. He’s determined to be as close to me as possible. Luckily he doesn’t play with the toilet paper, but he’s an older cat. He was abandoned by his old family and we took him in and love him. No matter what they do, we adore cats. We just can’t help but love the little lions.

I love it. Simon´s Cat is like all my days. I have 4 cats. I love them. Really. But sometimes it is not easy. There is no pizza without hairs of cats and there is no moment alone. But I love them all. Really. In this moment one of them on my legs an other on my feets and one look for me like "play with me". Morning starts if they are hungry and day ends when they are asleep. I love them :D
