Knowing that change is not coming anytime soon, you really have to gather yourself up and move on. The frustration is knowing there must be a way, but also knowing how to implement ....

Still leaves a bad taste as you rack your brain, as to what you can actually do about it if anything at all. The young man that we're training for reception was showing a client to the beach and the same stupid police asked him for his permit. 🙄
