These vintage books look so aesthetically pleasing- especially Joyce’s the Europeans. Love your outfit too 🤍

Wow I didn't know about the alternative title for N&S! The final title is much better I think 😂

I'm just discovering your channel and digging it! I really appreciate your way of talking about books with such passion! I mostly read in French (my first language). Then lately I bought some Penguin classics just to read more og versions from English litterature instead of translations. This is how I found your channel! Anyway, thanks for all the nice videos and cheers from the French Alps :)

Thank you for the good video! I have the black spine Penguin Classics of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn. Check out the cover of Tom Sawyer. I think you'll like it. I also have the Norton Critical Edition of Huckleberry Finn, the black spine Penguin of The Prince and the Pauper, the black spine Penguin of Roughing It, and the Bantam Classics edition of The Complete Short Stories of Mark Twain. Did your copy of Late Victorian Gothic Tales (the one with the owl on the cover) arrive yet? There is a story in that one called Pallinghurst Barrow by Grant Allen. It's creepy!
