started counting 144 bpm. Rapid, bit forceful. Love hearing both snappy sounds. Still 132bpm after 3min30. 136bpm around 5.30mins. The anxiousness would explain this I assume....

I've been held in the lab because of bradycardia and something like a 40/?? BP before. I just thought I fell asleep but then the nurses and docs were rushing all around me when I was woken up, forced to eat saltines and drink water before they'd let me leave. This feels calming on that level to me. Good times!
