I've seen Hikaru play OTB 1 minute vs 5 minutes with no increment and it took him about 0.5 seconds to make a move.

He could just move his rook without taking opponent rooks and just nock it and save extra time

That happened to me in a game. Had 2.2 seconds left. Kept knocking pieces over or not placing them fully in their square. Arbiter restarted like 5 times, and said we should just continue even if the piece is not fully in it's square.

Sorry to be that one guy but you can use one hand to make a move and the other to hit the timer it is just slightly annoying for the other because u could knock down pieces( I saw this happen in a tournament before)
