Building lean muscle in these areas will help burn fat in these areas but not just these areas.If you aren’t eating clean chances are it will never go away and building muscle under fat just makes you look bigger to a point.But these are great exercises.👍

You cannot spot reduce fat, fat loss will be a result of a caloric deficit not some weird exercise and will be on all of your body

There is no such thing as spot reduction of fat employing exercise. Exercises isolating a particular muscle group where fat happens to be located on anyones body, does not burn fat just in that area, but burns calories throughout the entire body, and as a result of any exercise, fat stores may be depleted by an exercise are not isolated to the body part exercised, but occurs from all over the body, and the manner or location in which an individual loses fat (from arms, abdomen, suprapubic region, subscapular region, hips, thighs, etc, is genetically determined.

Those five exercises or any other core exercise when I get rid of belly fat it will just tone up the muscle you have to diet to get rid of the belly, fat or side fat

This will only make ur side strong . do full body free workout that will reduce ur side fat n gives u good shape n strength like side plank burpees n rope workout rope climbing side leg raise n spider walk

None of these exercises are good for targeting rear lower back (fat), in fact nothing can actually target these areas except good clean diet and cardio! Every exercise posted only targets the obliques and with weight it will only cause your waistline to be blocky and solid, not slim at all! This video is incorrect!
