I remember watching the whole thing on TV and laughing. That dude walking off with the podium was hilarious. You're allowed in the Capitol. I remember as a teen going into the Capitol and watching VP Gore sign a gun control bill into office in the 90s. Anyone can go in. You're not allowed to steal a podium or break windows.
