I don’t know anyone with a mortgage who does not either stress or are very concerned about their mortgage. So the answer must be that for the very vast majority that mortgage stress eventually equates to major benefits (over time). Best to ask mortgagees after 25-30 years, did you make the correct decision to get a mortgage, and you will see that the answer in the very vast majority will be…..YES.
