Is Elliot Page an Academy Award nominee? I'm not sure how this works - using Elliot Page's best Actress award nominee as Ellen Page (at the time) which we're all meant to forget about, but which is also totally ok to leverage in order to promote a film starring Elliot Page...!?
Elliots history is like the wardrobe to Narnia at this point...

Could not be more anticipatory...I sob as I watch this trailer because I love a trans man, my son, more than anything in the world. I so yearn for a world that understands and appreciates his life and courage and beauty.

Elliot Page claims "his" transition occurred after a bout of punching himself in the face repeatedly and hearing voices. Something tells me they won't include a scene inspired by that in this film. Can't really put a positive spin on that one no matter how much cheesy music you use.
