Small plane crashes in home's backyard

A small plane crashed into the backyard of a home in Southern California’s San Gabriel Valley Monday morning. Sky5's Rich Prickett reports. Jan. 6, 2025.

I live off of the 210 in Pasadena and every day there are small aircraft practicing over my neighborhood. Always hear their engines come back on outta nowhere and it freaks me out. This is something I always knew was inevitably gonna happen somewhere around here

Good thing we still have gravity otherwise, in event of engine failure, they’d still be up in the air. Someone would have to go up and get them down.
