Here in the US we do not pay VAT or sales tax. Silver is a bargain. Roll of 20 Silver Eagles, 2024 is about $650 or less. Price will reach lowest level on or about Aug 25. Track price carefully for best bargains.

Silver may drop to $26 soon. Sideways action for the next 2 weeks. If there is a rate cut soon here in the US silver will bounce back to $28 in Sept. Do not underestimate the effects of Mercury Retrograde where silver never seems to do that well during this period. Ends on Aug 27th. Good buying opportunity.

I completely agree with what you are saying about the gold price being supported by both market betting on rate cuts and the war premium.

I've been thinking for a while about the market pumping up the gold price on the hope of a maybe a small rate cut this year.

And you have to wonder if it will be a case of buy on the rumor and sell on the fact if and when it happens.

And what happens to PM prices if inflation suddenly starts turning up again and rate cuts are delayed..
