It is hard to sit still when you have so much to do, but you have to get yourself better or it will be worse later, try to take it easy, just for a while. Hope Misha recovers quickly, she is so cute. I had chickens, eggs are fantastic, but along with chickens you get rats, not so nice.

I’m a new subscriber from Prince Edward Island in Canada. I am enjoying your adventure. We recently moved into a 100 year old farm house here and are learning a lot about the way things used to be. I hope your back improves soon. Your black cat looks just like our cat Coal!

Hi Robert!, may i suggest putting wheels on the generator as project, getting a abdominal wrap for compression one of those neoprene with Velcro and wear it when lifting and working, try sleeping on your side for a while with one leg up on a pillow, get a hot water bottle and put heat to the back daily, lastly reach behind and feel for a tender spot that feels like a hard knot and rub it out daily not real hard but firmly. Retired RN with a bad back! Oh thanks for the note in the video... great video i wonder what your evening is like too?

I have found Sodium or Potassium Diclofenac an effective back pain helper whilst strengthening and rehabilitation with stretches and exercises morning and night. We're not getting any younger so warming up for work, planning our labour and building what we can is essential. Hope it is improving.

Stretch your hamstring muscles. Back pain will get better. Put one foot heel on a chair and slowly tilt forward as if aiming your nose at the knee. Slowly. Slowly. Slowly.
Do this 2-3 times a day for both legs. You will gain leg strength which supports your back.

Hope your back feels better real soon. That's no fun to have your back messed up. Do you have a chiropractor near you?
I just had my young cat neutered, too. I really didn't want to deal with kittens.

Hello Robert, I hope you and Misha are feeling better. Is the bladder inside the pressurizer good? Borrow a bycicle pump so you can pump air in the tank.
