In Svt (swedish television) Peppe Femling said that when everyone entered the shooting range in one long train he didnt have time to think about what number his targets was. So the combinstion of stress to avoid crashes and also focus on hitting all shots made him not notice he was hitting Andersens targets until 3 shots too late

The worst part of this is that no one really knew the rules, and now it turns out they are that there is no penalty for shooting on someone else's targets and spoiling their race, which is really incredible. IMO, if someone shoots on your targets, that should be considered as a clean shoot, and those shooting wrong should get a time penalty for each wrong shot. What do you think?
