Love you, dude, and all the work that you put into your craft. Ever since I've known you, you've been extremely dedicated, consistent, and only continued to get better and better both with learning new instruments and performing on familiar ones. Also, I have huge admiration for what you do creatively with your arrangements and original music; it's been cool seeing you get more and more comfortable adding your own take on tracks and writing your own tunes (very excited to hear the game OST!).

As for the YT partner thing... to use an analogy, I have a friend who used to be very overweight, put a lot of effort into changing that, and managed to lose over 100 pounds (and keep it off, for the most part!) over the course of a year. When I asked him how he did it, something that stuck out to me is that he said that he used to get obsessed with setting specific weight loss goals (ex. "Lose X pounds by Y date") but quickly found that that didn't work. Missing a "lose X by Y" goal would upset him to the point that he'd give up and overeat/quit exercising, or, worse, starve himself to try to force his body to hit the target. Ultimately, weight is a variable that isn't fully in his control, although he could take actions to influence its direction. What helped him was shifting his goal-setting mindset: instead of "lose X pounds by Y date, " it became things he had full control of such as "bike X miles" or "avoid Y unhealthy food, " and that made a huge difference for him both physically and mentally.

So it's the same thing with The Numbers on YouTube -- what you do on the platform matters and can influence The Numbers, but ultimately, it's not a variable that's fully in your control. As a result, I hope you can take solace in that even though you might not have hit Partner, the amount that you've accomplished artistically is huge and makes a lot of people very happy! Plus, you can certainly set artistic goals, and it seems you've already got a lot of really cool ideas for projects and things lying ahead! Best of luck!

(Also, thanks for the Horns of Hyrule shoutout, it really means a lot to me that you played the whole album, which was a lot of pretty dense music, and totally nailed everything that was thrown at you! Definitely want to collab again. :D)

Honestly the progression I've seen you make from your early music, to the stuff from around 2018-2019 onwards, is just amazing and inspiring. Ah, a reflection video. I enjoyed watching it and hearing you speak your mind on certain things. To me, creating music and uploading it for fun is the thing I do and obviously I try not to be too interested by all the numbers. Either way, hope your goals will eventually be met! I have always enjoyed the work that you do.

Just one thing I always worry about - is what you do legal? Isn't Nintendo rather strict on remixing their music? I am worried.
