NBA 2K is actually easy on any difficulty if you remember the basic rules:
1. Ego kills pass the ball if you don't have a shot dont risk it.
2. Dont be a hero type (aka thinking you need to be the best every single game you're on a team).
3. Easiest way to win is to learn your teammates as well as you know yourself.
Finally: never let emotion choose your actions.
