Back passes is the main problem of man city. 90% of city's ball possession is from Back-passes. Man city will pass backwards from their opponents goal post to their own goal post and then one mistake, leads to counterattacks from their opponents which is converted into goals.

Every game city loose or draw, they win the ball possession because they have more Back-passes.

What kind of game is that?

This is why I know EtH was a brilliant manager. The man played with 32+ different defensive combinations and still managed to keep United afloat. Even when he was being hounded by the press for using injuries as an excuse, he still kept us up. Pep loses what, three defensive players and is using that as an excuse. Sheeit! EtH was levels above most PL managers -- he just needed better players and the club's full backing.

I've pretty much accepted that we need an injection of new players younger nd hungry for success these players have done it all and motivating them is the most difficult part of his job
