I have always felt as though your songs were speaking to me, but Jessie ... This song really struck home, in a more direct way than ever before. My Father, the strongest and most honourable person I've ever known, passed away in August, and you released this song just two months later - I can't help but feel like this is exactly the kind of situation for which you wrote this song. I doubt you read your Youtube comments, but still I'd like to say thank you for your beautiful writing. Thank you for your spirit and energy. Most importantly, thank you for being true to yourself and allowing that to flow through your art - it really touches other souls in ways that I've only thought possible in books, and stories.

I lost my brother in Oct 2021 and just before Xmas last year i was shopping and thinking about him and how i wasnt sure how i felt about Xmas that year x i walked into another shop and this song came on and it was like he sent a message to me thru the song, i had never heard it before and now i listen to it at xmas in memory of my lovely brother ❤
