I just started got approved for an Infinite Banking policy. Putting $10k in premium annually. I just listened to your episode on The Cortez Hustle podcast and you mentioned IBC policies are the optimal LOC for Velocity Banking. I'd LOVE to learn more about that specifically.

Thank you for all the knowledge you provide!My question is as you pay this debt off monthly where do you get your money for everyday things for life?Do you use your CC to pay for everything and also the cashflow you create for yourself, where do you apply it? Do you keep adding it back to the Heloc or a savings account, infinite banking?

Ok. He lost me when he says you transfer money out of the heloc, back into the checking account to pay bills. Then he says whatever can be paid with a cc, stays in the heloc and then 25 days later you pay the statement balance from the heloc. So, he is using a heloc, a cc, and the checking account? Soooo confused. Please, can someone use fuzzy sock puppets to explain this to me? Thank you

When a person does VelocityBanking they deposit their entire viable income into their debt tool. If the person was to use their cash value as their debt tool would it make sense to deposit all income into Paid Up Additions?
- It is understood that a dollar for dollar return us not expected.

Just to add on if anyone is looking for line of credit, find out with common wealth credit union for secure collateral home line of credit that offer very low interest rate and low cost. Good luck to all.

Great video. How would investments come into play, such as a Roth and 529. Would it be better to “chunk” the investment ($6500 for Roth), or reduce the amount going into the HELOC income?

My Heloc I got in October was 3.49% for 12 months then goes to 8.5%.
