I’ve been on Ozempic for 4 years and it’s changed my life! The first year I lost 45 lbs, then my weight just leveled off and I’ve maintained my weight without much effort. My A1C is 5.7! I’m off Metformin, thank god. The secret to me is to drink water. I was a Diet Coke addict, but with Ozempic, my cravings changed and I drink about 2 liters of water a day. I still drink coffee and Diet Coke occasionally, but I don’t crave like I used to. A wonder drug for me.

KETO did it for me. Lost 70 Lbs and my blood sugar is back to normal. I also include fasting 20/4 and once a week 36 hours. Really happy.

I'm 74, male, with T2 diabetes that has never been extremely high numbers-wise. I was diagnosed about 5 years ago. I've never been on any pill meds, just controlled with diet in the first couple of years. My worst A1C was 7.2. I was 330 lbs (BMI 46.0) at my heaviest, and have purposely lost weight while on daily Victoza. My doc moved me to Ozempic, mostly because of the 1/week regimen and its better weight loss attributes, and I have had no side effects (even eating spicy foods). Started out with the .25 dose, moved quickly to the .5 mg dose, then to the 1 mg dose after about a year, and now am at the 2 mg dose. I have lost 72 lbs (BMI 36.0) over the past year+. My latest A1C was 5.2. Luckily I have very good insurance, so my copays are very reasonable ($50 for a 3-month supply.) No side effects and thus far no signs of retinopathy or pancreatitis.

I started Ozempic about 3 1/2 months ago and I've lost about 30 pounds pretty much effortlessly. I was one of the lucky ones that had no serious side effects, just a little constipation, which is funny since metformin absolutely destroys me with acid reflux, diarrhea, and extreme discomfort.

I love it. I have insulin resistance. So far I lost 30lbs, lowered my A1C and my cholesterol 40 points. For me, this is what finally worked after 17 years.

I’ve been on Ozempic for 6.5 months and have lost 64 pounds effortlessly! I had a little nausea at first but then decided to give the injection in my hip or butt. TOTAL game changer! Zero nausea! I will loose 20 more pounds and then transition to the daily Metformin as a Maintenance med. My metabolism, bowels, etc etc work like they used to in my 🎉30’s. I’m 53 and feel/ look amazing!

I’ve been diabetic for 11 years and started ozempic about 4 years ago. The first few months I had dizziness and nausea. At about 6-8 months, I hit a sweet spot where my blood sugar drastically improved and I was losing 5-8lbs a month. Now it’s helping me maintain my 129lbs weight loss and keeping my a1c around 6.8. FYI: I had already lost over 100lbs when I started on ozempic. I think this medication was a big help with maintaining and helping me keep off the weight I had already lost. I also think that eating correctly, ie whole foods, helped me not have horrible side effects.

I used ozympic for about 6 - 9month but ended up going off of it because I got very very sick from it and end it up in the emergency room. The problem I believe now came from using metformin with it. My doctor was also increasing the dosage which complicated things even more. But I am now off of both medications and feeling much better than I was when I was taking them

My doctor just started me on Ozempic 0.25 mil and I have had no side effects so far. I've only had 2 doses as it is once a week. But also I haven't lost any weight yet but it has lowered my blood sugar significantly so I don't have to take near as much insulin. Thank you for these videos I really appreciate them.

I’ve been on ozempic for about a month. At first I had nausea. After the 3 week it was gone. I’m using it for both diabetes as well. It’s different. I’m not hungry all the time, And I think it’s changing the way I eat. I don’t like junk food anymore. But I was on a clean eating diet as well. Do that might be a factor to. I like it. From what I was told your food takes longer to digest thus keeping you full longer. So far I’ve lost 6 lbs. I’m not trying to lose to fast. I know better. I’ve lost a lot . I went from 267-199.

Took it at half dose for 2 months. Felt exhausted throughout, ended up losing 10 lbs and gaining it back plus 5 lbs from where I started, had extreme carbohydrate cravings, increased neuropathy, a gall stone, kidney stone. Took 3 months after I stopped to feel like myself.

I was on Ozempic for a few years along with trijardia. My last A1C was 7.9, 3 weeks ago I went carnivore. I have quit all meds. Blood sugar is about 120 and BP is 125/90. Not bad for no drugs. I never lost weight 0n Ozempic. I have lost about 7 pounds since cutting out the meds and the carbs. Type 2 dia. is caused by excessive carb consumption and is reversible. I advise anyone who wants to consider this to watch some Dr. Ken Berry's vids.

I've been on Ozempic for 6 months. My A1C has went from 9.5 to 6.7. It even stayed low on my 2 vacations in one month! I love that its only used once a week.

I've been in ozembic for about three months, and so far I've lost about 15 lbs. I have been exercising every day and have adjusted my food intake quite a bit, but never at the sacrifice of flavor. The only side effect I've had is slight constipation, but senna tea before bed has remedied that.

I'm very happy with Ozempic. My type 2 was brought on by a severe kidney & bladder infection that in turn caused my liver and pancreas to 'not do their jobs' correctly. I was taking Metformin, Jardiance and Januvia before starting Ozempic. After 6mnths my Dr was able to start weaning down those 3 drugs, being completely off them another 8mnths later. Ozempic has kept everything in check for me since. The plus side is having weight-loss, and I am down 60lbs since the start.
I was injecting in my abdomen area and sweet Jesus the cramps & pain was terrible for the whole day! After tons of internet searching I came across several blogs talking about this. Most of these people started using the top area of their thighs. OMG! It was like a miracle! The difference was immediate. I've never had pains or cramps again since changing injection areas! I also changed my time of injection. I used to take it in the morning after breakfast (which made for a long unhappy day) but on a suggestion from my hubby, decided to take it a couple of hours before bed. Again - an awesome outcome! No cramps because of using the thigh and no gross feelings because I was asleep!
I've had no real food issues. Only *very* spicy or greasy foods, easy enough to work around. Oh, I should mention that I also seem to have lost my "sweet tooth". Which is a good thing I suppose LOL. All in all, I have to say that I'm happy with Ozempic.
