How to create background pattern using CSS (Glowing Lines)

In this video, i have explained how a designer can create simple and elegant CSS background pattern which can be used as a base background for other elements in a webpage.

These glowing lines can appeal your design elements. Always prefer using CSS Backgrounds rather than using high quality images as background for webpage as images take consume more time and data which cannot be considered a good aspect of User Experience.
