I watched the direct live and then came here just to see BeatEmUp’s reaction to Zelda and Metroid. I’m excited for Zelda: echoes. I have a feeling Metroid Prime 4 is going to be cross gen like BOTW. The 2025 release makes sense for this.

As someone who loves turn based RPGs, this was the best direct in a long time. (Does kinda suck if you aren't into them though, as it was definitely biased towards those.) New 2D Zelda and Prime 4 look amazing as well!

Interesting how the guy who calls his channel "BeatEmUps" had zero interest in the Beat em up style games or fighting games, but was immediately excited upon seeing Zelda and Mario Party.
Not judging as I have the same opinions and I have no interest in fighting games but I'm surprised he didn't know "Marvel vs Capcom 2" was like the Mother 3 of the fighting games, apparently it was a big stealth drop no one saw coming.
