Fit Figures is amazing! John is a talented professional trainer. I have been a member for over a year now and need many modifications to my workouts which is never a problem. If you are on the fence about coming in, please come in you will not regret it!!

Current member, and so glad my neighbor told me about this gym. My biggest reason for coming was to gain strength (heaven knows I need to lose weight). I’m 71 and the loss of strength concerned me. John is an excellent trainer. He explains things well, and makes adjustments for each class member as needed. Plenty of classes to choose from, a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and you are done in half an hour. I KNOW that I am stronger. By the way, at another gym, without a trainer, I tweaked a disc in my neck, OW! And ended up having 12 weeks of physical therapy.
Please try this place. You won’t believe the level of strength and fitness of some of the women here :)

This looks like a great gym! I like that it is for women only and has a small class size. The owner is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I like that he tailors the exercises to individuals through modification or progression. Other considerations that I like are a clean bathroom, and good air flow. The pre and post work out stations are also a big plus. If I lived closer, I would give it a try!

Great video. I am so glad I found Fit Figures a year ago. John is an awesome trainer. He is quite considerate, treats his members well and provides personalized training throughout every workout. I love that he offers so many training sessions throughout the day, I can always find a session that works for me regardless of my schedule.

Fit Figures has a great vibe and provides a supportive and non-intimidating atmosphere. I love that I've shared the floor with women in their 20s and 80s! John is able to tailor workouts so that so matter your age or ability, you are able to succeed and see results. Highly recommend this studio!

Maybe I missed it, but why did this guy open a female only gym? Is he married? Seems kinda creepy. If I was a chick and it was ran by a dude only, I’d be concerned of this dude recording the women. Why the interest in a women only gym?
