This is Goomba's Greedy Gala from Mario Party 4 for the Nintendo GameCube.

Mario Party 4 is the first Mario Party for the GameCube. The goal of Mario Party 4 is to collect as many coins and stars by winning Mini-Games and using items. Mario Party 4 is mostly known for the Mega and Mini Mushroom which can make you big and fast or small and slow.

Goomba's Greedy Gala is the board that Goomba hosts. He loves gambling so he designed Goomba's Greedy Gala to like a casino.
