The only area in life where we have true freedom is in our capacity to choose. When we consider the choices we make, the principle of Opportunity/Cost always comes into play. We cannot have all things all the time, so we have to make a choice based on the opportunity and the cost that is associated with it.

We may not always understand the decisions we make and sometimes we may never know why we say yes to some things and no to others. It's only when we take full responsibility for our choices and become crystal clear on what we want, that we can begin making wiser and more well-informed decisions in line with this.
