We started this ‘Reset Your Way to Happiness’ Series as an effort in line with the World Mental Health Day that takes place on the 10th October every year. This year, the MINDA Club decided to take up the initiative to educate the public on mental health and with that in mind, the theme this year is on ‘Being Human’. A fundamental aspect on being human, is our mental health and hence, it is with utmost priority that more attention should be given in nurturing a healthy mind.

This series will cover an array of highly relevant and compelling topics revolving around Being Human with speakers who are absolute experts in their respective fields. Each topic has been curated with precision to address powerful questions regarding the topics.

In this episode, we have a very good friend who has a wide experience in food, Mr. David Jackson joins us to share his amazing journey through food and how he built an environment for his family. Being a vegetarian for 7 years and Vegan for a year, Mr. David has tested and understood what works best for his body and now teaches it to his family. I am grateful to listen to this conversation. Making a deliberate shift in food is a journey that takes practice and thank you Uncle David for reminding us that if we ever slack, just reset and get back up again!
