I love how your entire drive lies in the idea of "I want it. It doesn't exist. I'll make it!" It's very inspiring <3

You can't commit social suicide with other nerds. We just love watching someone get as excited as us about anything, it doesn't matter what. So glad you two showed up on my recommendations a few months back!

You know a great way to get the dragonscale pattern with a bit less work, would be to use an "English point" strap punch. It's got a rounded 'v' shaped head, as long as you don't punch all the way through, it let's you get a great scale pattern. It's what I used for the bracers I made. Also, a stitching pony would really help with some of the leather sewing, and I've found it also helps when stitching the signatures together in book binding.
Your book making videos got me into book binding which also led into leather working, so thank you very much.
I'd love to see more of both the bookbinding, and leatherwork videos.

I really like how this video was put together with your ideas put forth sitting in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea and then the layout followed by the build really awesome.
I just finished my 4th book based on your videos you really inspire a lot of people to do what they thought was impossible.
One of the best videos so far on how it was directed and edited.

Tips for an even dye on leather.
1. Make sure the leather is fully dry.
2 use a wood block (sanding block can be used) and wrap it with a paper towel. Apply the dye to the paper towel when on the block. Then use that to apply the dye to the leather. Don't spray or use a paintbrush or it won't come out even. On something that is supposed to look organic, I would use all three methods. Start with the block, then spray on where you want slightly darker, while the dye is still wet used a brush to feather out the edges around the sprayed areas. This can give a more organic look to the dye wothout having areas that are too dark.
Hope this helps for future projects.

This bag looks absolutely DYNAMITE!
The dragon eye especially!
Could you do some more leather work? Maybe something Warcraft related?? :))

So, i finally gave in & watched one of your videos. After noticing a thumbnail a while back i've been avoiding the ones that keep getting recommended. I haven't done much crafting for a long time & presently am financially unable to do much of anything. So i knew i'd be super envious watching you make what i was seeing. Well, i was right. Sadly, i can only wish to be doing something like this, but that's OK. Your creation is stupendous. The addition of the black really did the trick, it's gorgeous. I think i'm going to be suffering future craft studio envy since i'll be checking out more of your projects. I'm sure it will be well worth it.

Pre-punching box stitching holes is not easy, great job and making them line up. Also i noticed you use a stitch groover multiple times to make the black line over top the silver, I suggest for the future, look into getting a French Skiver.
Awesome video.
