I tried journaling in 2022 and ended up not managing to finish it because I kept trying to be "consistent" with it rather than letting myself do it only when I felt inspired to. I've been wanting to try it again next year but wasn't so sure if I should, but this video was so inspiring it made me decide to give it a chance again!
