Thanks for the tips on finding out the ex dividend date. But I didn't realize I have all the declaration dates & ex dividend dates on my phone this entire time until I open the NASDAQ app I downloaded last month and see everything for it in there😆😆😆😆

Great video here Dennis -- I guess I should have watched it, before I asked
you the question on dividend payouts. I think it's great to have dividend
stocks, as I have them as well, but you really have to make sure the value
of the stock is growing, and your investing into good companies --like Home Depot,
and some others you have. Some investors can be blinded by a high dividend
yield, and buy a stock where the stock price is slowing declining, putting you in
a net loss, at the end of the game.

I'm a Seeking Alpha subscriber, SPY ex-dividend date is tomorrow, the market is closed and S.A. still doesnt have it listed.. If you are trying to capture the dividend what good is that ?

Do you have to upgrade your membership on seeking alpha, in order to see ex-dividend dates ahead of their calendar day or is this free?

I feel like an overall 3% yield is a good balance point. It allows you to earn some solid dividends while also maintaining overall growth. I'm sitting around 2.98% right now

I don't understand why users will show up websites they use and then not link it in their description.

Does this work on the app? I can’t find a dividend filter on the app

Don’t worry about the dates, reinvest them and then be thankful for that decision in 20 years time.
