Trump attacks judge over 'where he comes from'

Donald Trump once again raged against the judge presiding over his hush money trial in New York after he stepped out of the courtroom on Tuesday. This time, the former president urged those watching to “take a look at where” the Colombia-born Merchan “comes from.” MSNBC's Ana Cabrera explains.
