At the end of the video when I read "Press the any key!" I just read it as "Press the anxiety!" Probably because of the effects of the game itself.

I like to imagine that this game broke the last thread of humanity that was left in Josh and now he is an all powerful, all apathetic, being to virtual dimensions.

I’m pretty sure the entire game is symbolic. All of the weapons in the game seem to be different ways us humans are affecting earth, with the *ahem* exploding poops being a symbol of us polluting the air, the fire being global warming and the gun being hunting animals to extinction, or war. The blob may be an alien, but I think it could also be a metaphor for how us humans are destroying ourselves with what we’re doing, and dragging the rest of earth down with us.
