WHY will the hiring manager ask you the interview question, why do you want to work here?
The hiring manager is going to ask you the question, why do you want to work here for two reasons:

REASON 1. They want to make sure you have researched their company. If you haven’t researched the company before your interview, you can’t be sure their workplace culture is suited to your personality. In your answer, you must say you have researched the company!

REASON 2. The second reason they will ask you the question why do you want to work here is because they want to employ someone who will stay at the company long-term. If you are confident their company is a place you can build a successful and long-term career at, you will be more likely to get hired!
