Try buying only good things you can only get at Erewhon. For itscthe food bar, smoothies (even at $19), Erewhon sprouted(important) walnuts, the bottled juices healthiest ones like Just Greens with lemons) the soups are good too...Remember get the healthiest lowest sugar item when these cost a lot. Not for stuff thats sugary and items you can get at Whole Foods (skip those)
