In today's video I will showcase my new favourite ar build when it comes to pve in the division but also showcase it in PVP. The build is based on the gearset heartbreaker and combines st elmo, rock n roll and also works good with weapon such as eagle bearer, bighorn and more!

St Elmo’s with 4 piece striker is the best AR build, 1.3M crits when the stacks are up, kills NPC’s so fast you hardly need a heal.

Why not use the king breaker ar and the technician specialist so you can get the long rail laser that pulses enemy’s by looking at them and the red core like 2 pieces of heart breaker for a little bit of dps

Put 1000hrs into the game but It feels with the back track on seasons 2.0 the game is now drifting without any new direction. I feel very uninspired to bother logging in now until the dlc hits. All this seasons gear is just meh
