do u think the pulsing red light therapy is better than continuous red light?

I have one of the Thera Ice headache caps and it feels great and helps a bit but it gets warm very quickly (10 min) and a long time to cool back up again. I used mine twice, after that, went back to an icepack. Same goes for their knee/elbow ice sleeves....just don't stay cold long enough, so not worth it.
