Wow, some real bitterness on here isn't there.
The fella is 48 and has a body which is better than the vast majority of adults in Britain. Not the vast majority of 48-year old men, but all men.
I'm going to hazard a guess and say that he doesn't give a shite if you don't rate his push up or squat technique.

Much respect for maître Fred!!! I'd like to see him take Gordon and Gino on in a workout - one a successful sportsman and triathlete, the other an Italian Stallion. ;)

My guess is, this has been in the can for a while. They've uploaded it now because a) they're running out of quality content and b) he mentions working out in a small space and we're on lockdown so screw it, throw it on the channel

Right guys this guy has made awesome progress and I admire him but don't use that form when doing pushups because it has bad long term effects and it doesn't provide effective gains

Could have done 4 sets of 20 pushups with half decent form to reach muscle failure rather than flopping about on the floor like that. What a waste of time lol.
