Can't believe Mark king won a tournament, i know he wasn't a bad player but i only ever saw him beat the top players when they weren't playing very well and usually if they were on form King wouldn't beat them even though he gave ebdon a decent game in the Irish open final in 2005 just losing 9-7 i think but ebdon was never a Higgins, Williams, Selby, Judd, Robertson or Ronnie.Still fair play to him and Hamilton who i think won 1 a few years ago but I always felt Hamilton on form was pretty good but never really had a Champions mentality like Hendry and company.The fact there's so many more tournments these days is good because perry and hawkins have been good players and finally have won a few tournaments each thankfully because they have got to a fair few finals in there careers and lost most.
