In our family Men do the cooking on Mothers Day and the Ladies do it on Fathers Day. It works out good and no one knows the Menu till the day of .

You probably already know this recipe but here ya go, if ya don't: Angel food cake ( buy from the wegmans bakery or buy the stuff and make one yourself, buy the wegmans already made)
Angel food cake
Redi whip
Strawberries
Sugar
Take the strawberries and cut to the size and shape of your liking. Put cut up strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle a small amount of sugar, raw or white granular sugar. Cover. Put in fridge for 30 mins until there is strawberry juice at bottom of bowl.(this is called mutiling the strawberries) I still like my strawberries with a bite, so i don't let them stay in the fridge too long. Of course, more berries, more sugar, more time, more juice....cut a piece of angel food cake, drizzle strawberry juice over the cake, put on strawberries, add redi whip. Hope you like it.

Girl I am the same. Not techy at all. I make lists, still have a paper calender on my fridge. So funny, my 4 daughters know so much and try to teach me. I get so fraustrated and nervous with all this advanced technology. So you are not alone!!!

Have you ever had pork loin with Lipton onion soup on it?? It's so good!! Just get Lipton onion soup and rub it all over the pork loin and throw it in the crock pot with a little bit of water to cover the bottom and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours ...
