North Korea troops in Russia's Kursk 'sign of Putin's growing desperation': NATO chief

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Monday he could confirm that North Korean troops have been sent to Russia and that North Korean military units have been deployed to the Kursk region.

"The deployment of North Korean troops to Kursk is also a sign of (Russian President Vladimir) Putin's growing desperation," Rutte said.

But we’ll all ignore the mercenaries and foreign legions raised to fight on the side of the west in Ukraine since day one.
I don’t have a dog in this fight because I feel there is blame on both sides regarding this war that goes back to 2014.
