First of all, I love Katy Perry. Secondly, I love parodies. Thirdly.. I love Katy "Perrydies". (Ha - ha, I'm so hilarious......)
This song was entirely recorded on the ipad 2 with garageband, even the vocals. Instead of the built in ipad mic I plugged in an external mic called the Tascam iM2 mini. Surprisingly, it's been one of the hardest songs I've ever had to sing.. I'm not sure why, I just know I got a bit frustrated during the recording process, but hey.. it's online so it's all good now. Anyways.. what else? Hmm.. well, it's a parody of Katy's song "wide awake". I just HAD to do it, I had a blast filming it (mainly because it's the easiest video ever, how hard can it be to close your eyes?), going to the zoo and recording car crashes (don't worry, no one got hurt in the process.. except for a toy car maybe).
The "special" effects were fun to edit too.. I tried to make it as cheesy as I could.

It's gonna be tough to explain. Click on your picture in the upper right, from the drop down menu click "video manager". Then to the left in the menu click "channel settings", then click "invideo programming". From there you should be able to figure it out. I'm not sure if everyone has the option though.
