Do these Celtics look like they have dynasty potential?

Some people forget the 21-22 path to the finals, Nets, Bucks, Heat. And this year team is better, there is a very high chance that could reach the finals with or without opposing teams infjuries.

They earned there path by winning 64 games in the regular season! Nobody mentions that they were also missing their All-Star Center.

Not gonna bring up an injured Porzingis? 😂

Maybe that's because they are really good.

Hard series are made of teams with similar strength levels.

What are the Cs supposed to do? Not play at full strength?

I'm not a Celtics fan, but this discussion is ridiculous.

Was it effortless to be the number 1 seed?

If this conversation will be taken seriously...then we should go back to every champoin team's run and that would be an endless argument if all of those teams had the Larry trophy 🏆 because they had an easy opponent

"what if I told you the Celtics had the easiest journey to the finals?"

"I would say cope harder" 🍀

Let’s see “boring team” is super subjective. The Celtics move the ball and the scoring can come from anywhere, and they all play great defense… if that’s boring than I like boring basketball. You want to bring up other teams wins statistics but don’t bring up the Celtics record… they did their work in the regular season for great seeding. You bring up those opponents not having their star players but fail to mention them not having Kristops Porzingus. This is a terribly biased video.

It's really doesn't matter. The playoffs us affected by health and other factors. It's not their fault teams weren't healthy. Wasn't easy, you could say that.

Ranking The 10 Easiest Finals Paths In NBA History

1. 1986-87 Los Angeles Lakers (65-17)
2. 1983-84 Los Angeles Lakers (54-28)
3. 2022-23 Denver Nuggets (53-29)
4. 1984-85 Los Angeles Lakers (62-20)
5. 1983-84 Boston Celtics (62-20)
6. 2012-13 Miami Heat (66-16)
7. 1985-86 Boston Celtics (67-15)
8. 2019-20 Los Angeles Lakers (52-19)
9. 1998-99 San Antonio Spurs (37-13)
10.2007-08 Boston Celtics (66-16)

Winning an NBA championship is always the top prize in the Association.

However, that doesn’t mean all championships are made the same, as some teams have extremely difficult paths to winning titles.

For example, the 1995 Houston Rockets, led by Hakeem Olajuwon, had to face opponents with a combined winning percentage of 72.6 percent – without homecourt advantage in a single series – on their way to winning statistically the toughest championship in NBA history.

The kristaps trade was just as devastating as Durant to gsw and nobody noticed.

Damn the showtime Lakers had some easy paths to the Finals

Yeah this 2024 had it easy till the Finals. But despite being the clear favorite to win the East since day 1 of the season, they're not responsible for the other teams injuries or the West being more stacked than the East.

They had/have the easiest schedule. But that how it goes, injuries happen, boston just got extremely extremely lucky. All everybody will remember, is boston got their 18 championship.

Celtics deserves some credit tehy were 1st seed and still beat teams in regular season. Just watch as they swept the Mavs and win their 18th

bobbymaster

This belongs to Denver... they played an 8, 4, 7, and 8 seeds.. that will never be repeated in NBA history

Not going to factor in Porzingis being injured for the majority of the first round, then both the semi, and conference finals or that fact that the Celtics swept Miami during the regular season with Jimmy Butler?

Chino

Their is no easy path to the finals. Even when a team has injuries they still can compete like a winning team any given night. The regular season wins aren’t always a true staple of what those teams could do.
