OMG! Thank you for this video, V! I have always loved the Note series from Samsung and I usually have the Symmetry from Otterbox. That being said .... I've come across some problems health wise and I needed better protection for my phone. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get the phone in the case! Enter you! Thank you so My phone is now safe in it's new

I like the otterbox my only beef is you have to take it off to do pass qi charge and the otg adapter won't fit with case on.

Good job- thank you. I have one on my Note 9 too - very happy with it. Now I'm wondering what screen protector I should get, if any? Any suggestions or advice?

Wish you showed how big the lip is to protect the screen

The instructions card that comes in the box isn't very helpful; Neither is the Otterbox support site as it links to a bunch of "style" videos. Don't give a crap about all them fancy dancy style vids....I bought the case...need to know how to install it! Quick search on YouTube and found your instructional video. EXACTLY what this newbie needed to see so I could install my defender case on my new Note9. Thanks!!!

Good effort on the video. Here's some constructive criticism. Good Lighting, focus, frame, background, audio, picture quality, and editing. Bad things - Way over use of the word "here", quick movements, no close up shots, and not mentioning features is bad. Next time get a quick list of points you want to cover. Take a minute and show all the features and what they look like. Above all else, don't fall into the background music type of tech channel. That attracts the wrong crowd that won't help you build a strong community. Keep it simple and try to incorporate as much personality into the video as possible. That's what differentiates the big tech reviewers from everyone else. Take it slow and watch the video a day after you record it to see if you would watch it yourself and share with a friend.
