Sir the question paper leaking out in NEET exam in many states is going viral, in such situation IIT madras is saying there is no malfunction in the exam and there is no question paper leakage and the system is normal, they are not aware of question paper leakage in many states reported or they want to close the matter and they want to take the admissions in the college and run the college as per the previous years, here the question paper leakage is serious matter and the matter is in SC and saying many students got advantages and it is increased 5 fold as compared with previous records so it is a great worry to give the admission to the talented students. Re exam is the only solution and the malfunction in the education field is because of great demand to get the admission in engineering colleges, and it is difficult to get the admission for average students so every student eagerly follow short cut method to get admission and computation is more so private colleges are more prone to make money, and they are donation and it is very high and normal students cannot study if they have ambition those who are come from rural areas and the government is not fulfilling students ambition from rural areas and it makes the imbalance the study progress among the students in all the states, urban areas students get more facility and good faculty and they have good circumstances for study and they will be available tutorials to crash any exam and they will be always in well prepared and they will be in top priority so any exam is not the matter for them. If you consider the rural areas students the facility is poor and the quality of faculty is very bad and there unavailability of tutorials and they are poor to take it from other places, and quality of education is very poor and it is very difficult to compute the exam and get through, and government has made same quality of education for all the states so some states will get more benefited and it is more difficult for rural areas students and tribes to crash it. So it is difficult to get admission for average and rural students, government is not appointing skilled and well teaching professionals failing which the imbalance between the students education quality creates malfunction in the exam and get through, so such students copied in the exam, they are not capable of doing their job in the factory and they can't pass the competitive exam creates unemployment in the country, and they have poor quality of education and they are not skilled in any field so it very difficult to get the job. Government is providing practical skilled programs and spending lot of money on that but the organization who conducts the practical classes they only don't have much knowledge on it and the students doesn't get complite knowledge and they can't start any self employment because in the practical class they are only high lighting the matter how to apply and get loan from the government and from where the equipments and tools can be purchased and necessary availability for making the self employment say repairing mobile in one month, and repairing laptops in one month is not at all possible for non technical and technical students even iti, diploma and fresh engineering students. Such an organization giving skilled program getting money from government at college level is waste and the students directly go to such institute paying around Rs 20000 for mobile repair training and Rs for laptop repair training in just one month is not at all possible after finishing his course, he doesn't know the system working, he does know proper fault finding procedure and during repair they will spoil the mobile itself creating problem and and after the completion of course he will get competition certification it is no use. Only short term practical course will help the students those who are studying technical and it will help them in factory and industries. Many people those who have mobile phone repair center, they are not repairing all the mobile only those mobile phone has simple problem that only they will repair say charging connector replacing, side switches replacing, sim tray replacing, memory tray replacing, touch screen replacing, chips replacing as per fault from net, some times problem can't be traced, this attempt is hook or crook, battery changing, software reloading that is flashing, this will solve hanging problem, system slow, network problem, and any major problem in the hardware they can't attempt and solve so this creates e-waste, companies in such case they directly replace motherboard, it is also a e-waste.
Totally unemployment increases because of lack of practical knowledge and they un able to crash competitive exam.
Sir for engineering courses willing students are more but colleges are few so computation will arise, for this reason those who are not eligible to get admission but they are qualified to do so, they will study the subjects as per in the engineering course in their respective trade can get the admission in any engineering college and study private from the net the subject required and the professors asked to upload their classes conducted that will help students from many talented faculty and they can prepare as far as practical is concerned they have to go to colleges get the practical when they asked to do so and complite all as per the engineering criteria. By paying practical fees separately and appear for the exam and complete. This will solve the cloud of complications among them.
