Hi Thomas....is it that all exchanges able to recover funds sent to wrong network in one way or another but some refuse sent tokens to wrong network on Bitmart...after long back and forth on live chat agent gave me recovery process and steps which included paying 0.005 BTC fee...TXID etc....next day before i even sent fee and details they send me email saying not to send fee as they all of a sudden can't recover my shady...what do you think?
