Love when you surprise the candy factory with food. Your parents seem like top notch folks.

That looked so yummy, Craig, I loved everyone's expression when they tried it. Thanks for sharing.

Try fried tofu puffs. Different texture but saves all the steps you had taken with soft tofu :)...sesame oil you should only drizzle at end. It doesnt have a high smoke point. Plus the sesame oil tastes amazing if not cooked.

Looks fabulous, Craig!! I also love Rainbow Plant Life (Nisha)!! She’s awesome and I love when she has her hilarious parents to taste tests! You did a great job with the preparation and presentation-yum wish I could try it too! Also, I’ve never cooked with those ingredients either (gochugan and and goobledeguk (sp))😅lol but I’m definitely going to look for them so I can try this! You rock! Great job on all accounts!👌♥️🥰✨🙌👏👍

Looks delicious Craig, and Nisha is one of my favorite YouTube chefs! I can’t do overly hot spices either.

Thank you so much for pronouncing the Korean spices correctly. I’m of Korean descent and I’ve seen content creators butcher the pronunciations. I enjoyed the reviews from your family so much I enjoy Rainbow Plant Life’s recipes as well. I was inspired today to buy some broccoli and plan to make this dish this week. 🫶🏼

I make her red lentil curry like twice a week. Her roasted red pepper pasta salad is also amazing! Whenever I want to impress people with cooking I go to her blog 😊

Everyone really liked it, even though it was a bit of spicy for those no-spice people, like Leah. You did a great job making it colourful and delicious.

Oh nice. That’s the same YouTuber who made the lemongrass tempeh I sent you. Love her recipes.

Sounds great ! I have used mirin since I was a kid. And i'm way older than you😊. The brand that everybody used was in about a 1/2. A gallon jug 45 ninety nine and that's now about thirty five dollars. I'm gonna try to make my own. I'm hungry I wish I was getting food delivered. Thanks for this it looks really good.🌱🥦✨️🐾

This looks so good, and you used my favorite veggies. I'm a spicy eater, so I probably will react like Scott. 😁😋 I will check out the rainbow girl. 🌈 I love tasty food, oh and I told you about my live change in my way of eating. I can now tell you that since August 14 2023 till now, I've lost 44 pounds. 🎉

Wow Craig that's an amazing response. It does look good. The mirin is a low alcohol rice wine that is sometimes used to season sushi rice.
