Does anyone know how to change the drain pump for a rear access only ge washer? Everything i have seen says to remove the front panel. My 2019 model is rear access only.

I cant get the clamp to tighten on the part of the hose connected to the tub. it seems like there should be a nut but its not...just will NOT tighten. What type of clamp is this?
