Kathleen, I recommend to you and any one out there a Christmas movie that nobody see as a christmas movie. It's the 1955 version of "We're No Angels" with Humphrey Bogart, Peter Ustinov, Aldo Ray, Basil Rathbone, Leo G. Carrol, Three escapies from devil's island get hired to fix a man's store's roof and fix more then that with the help of a deadly snake. It doesn't sound funny but it is inn a very dark way. Here's a quote to entice you. "You didn't tell him about the snake." "He knows already." and "I've never seen anyone like you" "I have, but not at Christmas." Enjoy.

Well now I want to listen to Madigan riff an entire Hallmark movie. To avoid having to pay the license fee, she could just sell the audio track for us to play alongside the movie, like with Rifftrax.

Even without the watermark in the lower right, I can almost always nail a Hallmark movie based on the cheese factor. They have it down to a T.

You never fail me, Kathleen, and I love you for it. Everything you post makes me laugh. I must confess... I’ve watched a few of these movies and they’re all the same. Maybe that’s why so many people are fans. Hallmark movies are dependable. Girl meets guy... big problem arises that must be solved. They solve it, fall in love and live happily ever after. In 2020 we all need a little certainty even if it means really bad acting.
