Trials Evolution Gold Edition (PC) Stuttering Problem

When the framerate drops even ONE FRAME below 60 FPS, it causes massive stuttering. It makes 57 FPS look more like 15 FPS. For this video I usd Fraps to artificially limit my framerate to a constant 50, and you can (hopefully) see the results. Youtube only plays at 30 FPS, but you can still see how choppy it is, even at (what should be) a smooth 50 FPS.

My specs:
Windows 8 64-bit
Phenom II X4 955 (3.2 GHz quad-core, stock clock)
Radeon HD 6770 1GB (13.3 beta driver, stock clocks, single card)
8GB DDR3 RAM
Seagate 2TB, 7200RPM mechanical hard drive
1x Acer 1920x1080 monitor

had that problem with 2 6850s crossfired turned off crossfire and it helped not 100%better but its better

dont buy it, PIRATE IT!!!! IF there was ever a game which justifies pirating games this is it. Absolute pissing waste of money!!!

lenovo Y580 with i7, and a 660m...I can play metro last light on high in 1080p and not this? annoying

yes i have a i7 and 525m and it´s true
this game as the worst optimization ever, i don't know how it's even possible be on the market like this

xfire 7970 and the stuttering and skips/lag is horrible!!!

I have an I7 3, 5 GhZ, GTX 660m I run with 60 fps ALL the time. But it's still stuttering, when it stutters my fps is still at 60, anyone who has a fix?

I have the same problem, even if the game is in low settings at 60fps it seems like 15fps and the windowed mode is totally unplayable
this is the worst game optimization I ever saw on a pc game >:(
