but we have another working alternative to filter by number size
so ordering process is not blocked for end-user

inconvenience for many users to use numeric sizes for filtering

Severity (Medium to High) as defect does not crash the application but sorting feature not working it affect for users.
Priority(High) as users expect sorting when browsing products. potentially it reduce sales.

Severity is high because both measurement option should be there few may understand with numbers & few may understand with letters like S, M, XL. Priority is medium because it's not blocking any purchase since numeric value is available, ppl who can understood with num values, they continue purchase and place an order.
